Oreo is a Pomeranian mix. She came to our shelter in 2001 suffering from a very bad case of colitis, whip worm and anemia. During her stay she lost her right eye due to an onset of glaucoma. You may notice she wears a small cow bell as she is an escape artist and being blind in one eye she can easily be blind sided. Her needs are continual for both vet and feeding needs with an annual cost exceeding $530 dollars. Please sponsor Oreo

Here is Rusty, Let me say from the start Rusty (a Pomeranian) recently passed away at age 22 years. I include him because AGC acquired him at age 16 years. He was deaf and blind and many people told us to "put him down." After all, he doesn't have much of a life. Throughout his last six years and because of a lot of love an attention he managed to navigate around the main floor and the second floor of our house with no trouble at all. He had a lot of help from his adopted brothers and sisters and provided much joy to those who new him. Sponsor Rusty's friends.

Bell has been a two year resident at AGC. She is a coon hound mix and suffers from a variety of diseases. She is completely blind in one eye and going blind in the other. This is a chronic condition that requires drops in both eyes at least once a day. Bell also suffers from seizures that requires twice daily medication of Phenobarbital. She is a gentle kind soul who is very affectionate. Her annual medical and feeding needs exceed $1100 a year. Please sponsor Bell.

Winston is a 3 year old Pug that came to AGC with series beaverboard issues. He was not house broken,infested wit flees and terrible withdrawn. AGC's intervention imposed a $340.00 vet bill. On going daily training has turned "Winnie" into a real outgoing character with AGC's staff though with strangers he is still cautious. His annual cost ( veterinarian and food ) are about $240.00 per year. Sponsor Winston.
